Lost info

Hi, originally I had 1 password on my windows laptop I have a version on my I Pad Mini - i still have some old info on my Laptop but nothing up to date it is all old stuff.

• The info on my I Pad is up to date and current.
  
• How do I transfer current info on I Pad to my windows lap top?
