Unable to access Preference, Diagnostics Report and the Helper keep disappearing.
I have purchased the license key for 1Password and was using it fine.
But recently, the helper keep disappearing and I have to restart the helping every time I need to use the password.
I try to go into Preference to check, but it hangs the program.
The same thing happened with I try to access the Diagnostics Report.
I have reboot my lap top many times, insteall and uninsteall 1Password may time., checked the cables etc.
Search the forum, google the problem and yet it seem that I am the only one having this problem...
Does anyone have any idea what had happened?

Have you installed any antivirus or similar software around the same time the problem started occurring?

Nope. My McAfee AntiVirus Plus was installed a year ago.
I have tried turn off firewall and real time scan but the result is still the same.0 -

Which version are you on? I recall a previous version having random crash issues. Make sure you on the latest version and, if so, maybe try the latest beta version.

Yes, and no. The version you're on was after the fixes I was thinking about.
The web sockets stuff doesn't help too much since 1Password does not use standard SSL sockets. See this article for the sockets it tries to use:
