Drop Box not syncing from Macbook

in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

I have Version 3.8.22 (build 32010) since I am unable to further update my old iMac. When i make changes to 1Password on my iMac it does not sync via Dropbox. When I go to the Dropbox settings everything looks fine. From the 1Password app Drop Box Installed? YES Drop Box Running? NO.

Does anyone know how to handle?

    Hi @demarfe,

    It sounds to me like you do not have Dropbox running on your computer. Do you have the Dropbox icon in your menu bar?
