Can not unlock 1Password 4 for Windows synced with Dropbox

in 1Password 4 for Windows

We receive message "Unable to unlock 1password vault. Your 1password vault could not be unlocked with the password you provided. Please verify password and try again." This is using a 1password file that is synced with Dropbox and working correctly with Mac and iOS. We can confirm Dropbox syncing is working, just Windows client (now with latest Beta) can not open the file. We sent Diagnostics via email separately.

    What's the full path and name of the vault you're trying to open on your PC, @PTDSupport‌?

    Also, what's the full path and name of the vault as shown in 1Password for Mac?
