MAC+Windows bundle -> MAC update to Version 5 for free - Windows upgrade not possible

Hi there,

I bought a bundle license in August 2012. The MAC did an update to Version 5 automatically, but Windows not. So I've updated it manually but the license key is not guilty for Version 4. Offering me an upgrade for a bundle license makes not sense - the MAC is up-to-date - and Windows standalone is cheaper than the bundle.

So, what's that? And how to move forward?
