Using 1Password on iOS; How to get license for Windows version

Hi, I just bought the Pro version on the iOS version and I'm using the product on both iPhone and iPad (both the Pro version). I installed the Windows version so I can have it also on my PC but I don’t have the license number to enter and in the 'resend license' page it does not recognize my iTunes User ID.
Do I really need to buy the Windows version separately?

    Yes, you do. 1Password for Windows is only sold through their own store as far as I'm aware.
