Keep getting bad gateway 502 error

a update to the mobile version of 1password broke the database (thanks for fixing that), but in the mean time it broke my laptop's access to the database. hitting the 'help' for it says to reinstall the plugin (I am still on 3.0). when I try, I get 502 bad gateway. now, due to an error on the android version, I can't access my password database. help!

In what browser and using what version of 1Password for Windows, if I may ask?
