Issue with IE and setting up new Passwords

I have switched from chrome to IE and when I setup a new password 1Password does not popup like it did in chrome. I manually enter the username and password and open up the new account. In the past 1Password (already open) would popup for me to accept the new password. this does not occur what am I doing wrong?

The 1Password auto-save window should prompt automatically. If it doesn't seem to do this on certain web sites, then here's how to save a new Login item manually:

1. Navigate to the login page
2. Enter your username and password, but do NOT submit the login form
3. Click on the 1Password button
4. Click on: Settings > Save new Login
