Can't retrieve my license from your website

Hi, I had to reinstall Mavericks on my Mac and so I need my 1Password license. When I enter my email address on the website, I get an error message saying "We're sorry, but something went wrong."

I just need my license! Thanks.

    If you definitely bought 1P from the AgileBits store (and not from the Mac App Store—because that version doesn't need a specific licence) send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. your full name;
    2. your full address as at the time you bought 1P;
    3. the email address you used when you bought 1P; and
    4. a link to this thread.

    You should receive an automated response containing a ticket number. Post that ticket number in this thread which will enable AgileBits to connect the two.

    We've been having a few technical difficulties with our web server so you may have been caught up in that - my apologies. I found a purchase record based on the email address you are using here in the forums and I've resent your licences to you.

    Based on your licence history it seems you're a 1Password 3 user so you can find that version available for download on our AgileBits Download page at the bottom of the page in the legacy section. If you have any problems do post back here and we'll do our best to help.
