hierarchical menus

1Password used to be a simple to use password manager before they “improved” it. In place of the flat list of sites in your browser plugin, you now have a fully hierarchical menu system that now takes at least 3 selections to get to a site only to discover that if you click on it, nothing happens unless you are on the stored web page (no navigation to the site). Furthermore, with pop-up login windows, 1Password doesn't detect that you are logging in at all (does not save login information). I now usually find it is easier to do a search for the target web site, and copy and paste the login info or just keep the desktop app open all the time. Another product ruined by creeping elegance.

@reiddg‌, we certainly intend each iteration to be an improvement over the last! As they say in the software game, though, Bugs Happen.

Can you let us know which browser you're using, including the full version number, and the full version number of the extension you have installed?

We'd like to figure out why "go & fill" isn't behaving as designed for you.

    Thanks!
