Chrome Extension Question

hi there!

using:
1Password: ver 4
chrome extension: 1Password Beta 4.3.0.7
chrome: Version 39.0.2171.95 m

notice the UI is different than when i was using 1password ver 3.XX on chrome. the older UI i was able to edit password or login info (and even delete the login) but with this new extension, it doesn't let me do so (unless i'm missing something)

  • how do i edit a previous login through the chrome extension ? edit the user/pass or even delete the login.

thanks!

You do have to launch the main 1Password program, @arc310‌.

In the extension menu, move the pointer over a Login item, press Tab, and choose Open in 1Password.

    thanks for the response dbrown.

was this a 4.0 change? it was easier with the older extension where i could also reveal the password w/o having to open up the 1password program. it was all nice and tidy in the extension.

You can still reveal (and copy) the username or password in the 4.x extensions.

Please see the Using keyboard shortcuts article in the 1Password 4 for Windows user's guide for details.
