Sync new MB Pro with iMac, both already using iCloud. Website version of 1PW5
Can I leave iCloud sync for all files and add a dropbox sync link to both computers and limit the sync to 1PW5?
If so, I am not currently on DropBox and would need help allowing only one app to sync. Would I go to DropBox or to AgileBits?
Last resort would be to stop iCloud and use DropBox only.

Dropbox and iCloud can co-exist quite happily on any machine. For example, even if you owned the MAS version of 1Password and used it to sync your primary vault, you would need to use Dropbox for any secondary vaults that you also wished to sync. This is something I'm sure many of our users are doing right now. My findings with Dropbox are as well that you need to specifically say you want to use Dropbox with each application so I would be extremely surprised that just its presence would cause any issue.
I realise it doesn't specifically answer your question but I'm hoping it will ease the concerns you're having, does this help at all?

Thanks, answered my question in that I use both DropBox and iCloud and both work well together. Updates and sync occurs as well.
