Installation of software for multi-seat licenses

Does the multi-seat license permit the user to install 1Password on a home in addition to the work PC and still use only 1 of the seat licenses. (e.g., I have an 8 seat license and 1Password is installed on 8 office desktops. Can the user of each desktop install 1Password on their home PC/laptop using the same key and sync through Dropbox?)
