Process for a new PC

What is the process for such a case:
I had 1password installed on a Windows 8 PC and got all data synchronized with 1 password installed on my Iphone 6.
I no longer have the Windows 8 PC but a new Windows 7 PC.

How can I install 1Password on this Windows 7 PC and synchronized it with my Iphone to get all the data on the Windows 7 PC.

    Were you using Dropbox to sync your 1Password data between your iPhone and your Windows 8 PC?

    If so, you can just install Dropbox on the new Windows 7 PC, associate it with the same Dropbox account, let it finish copying your data down from your private dropbox.com web site, run the 1Password installer, and accept its offer to use the vault it finds in your local Dropbox storage.
