1Password Chrome Extension causing YoutTube to not stream/buffer

I just found an issue with the extension for Chrome in Windows that was causing YouTube to not stream/buffer properly. Using YouTube in incognito mode solved the problem (which automatically disables extensions) so I started to try a few things. I tried clearing history, cookies, cache, etc. none of which solved the problem. Then I disabled all extensions and then YouTube worked again. Having normally about 5 extensions running I started to disable them one at a time until I found the problem and turns out it was the 1Password extension.

Any ideas or feedback on how to possibly fix this? I love the extension and use it all the time and don't want to have to turn it off.

    What happens if you enable the 1Password extension for Incognito mode, too? Does it cause YouTube videos not to play properly, there, too?
