Master-PW I used in Firefox does not work in Chrome

Hello,

I have installed 1Password in Firefox.
Now I use normally Chrome.
The Master Pasword I used in Firefox seems not to work in Chrome.
The couting takes over 60 and 1Password does not open.
What can I do to make it work again? ;)

Thank you,
Claas.

    The couting takes over 60

Could you explain what this means?

    Other than that, try:

    1) Restart the helper from the main app help menu
    2) Reboot
    3) Remove the extension and re-install it from the Preferences > Browsers tab.

Where can I find " Restart the helper from the main app help menu" ?

A 1Password helper menu was no where to be found.
And apparently there was no backup no where.
So I deleted all of that damned stuff.
    Wont use it no more!
    Forget all about that 1Password.
Especially for it is hosted in the USA.
Perhaps all that stuff is known by NSA.

    Thank you and over.

@claas1, @RichardPayne was helpfully suggesting that you launch the main 1Password program and choose Help > Restart 1Password Helper.

You're welcome to uninstall 1Password, instead, of course. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait over two hours for a reply to your follow-up request for clarification. (We're glad to have @RichardPayne, who volunteers his time to assist fellow 1Password users, on this forum!)

For the record, 1Password isn't hosted anywhere, and it's created by a talented team of crack Canadian coders. As an undercover NSA agent, myself, I'm not allowed to discuss the agency's operations in our neighbor to the North. ;)
