New subscription PW won't work

Greetings to my favorite Canadians

I have 1password on my Apple devices. However some of the time I must use my HP Pavilion dv7.

I have downloaded the windows version

re-upped for a new windows subscription

New password will not work: [removed]

    First, I've deleted your private information from this public forum.

    Second, we don't have subscriptions. With 1Password for Windows, you purchase a license in our online store, and you're eligible for free updates for as long as we offer the software. (With 1Password for Mac, you can purchase a license in our online store or the app in the Mac App Store in OS X.)

    We offer free upgrades to version 4 to folks who licensed 1Password for Windows in 2014 and even 2013, and we offer a nice discount to folks who purchased in 2012 or earlier. Please see the Upgrading from version 1 article in the 1Password 4 for Windows knowledgebase for details.

    I see you purchased your 1Password for Windows license in 2011, as part of the Mac (version 3) + Windows (version 1) "bundle", so you'll need to follow the steps in that article to upgrade to 1Password 4.
