HELP!!!! I am lost on so many levels

I have a license for Windows. On my desk top I have 1Password 5 installed. I just bought a laptop and installed 1Password - (it says Trial). I went to enter my License Key and it says:

• This is not a valid license for 1Password 4 (I must have purchased it a long time ago) but you are eligible for a discount -
  I click than to upgrade on the link to the 1Password Store and it say - Oops, we seem to have an error.

What should I do????

I am older and I just wish you would have telephone support. I would even pay for it. I also need some help with transferring all the info over and I am scared I will mess everything up and loss all my passwords.
