I am trying to login using 1Password to Chrome.

From the settings I select sign into Chrome:

Then I am prompted to provide my credentials

This is where I would expect 1Password to remember my credentials but I don't know how to have 1Password enter the data?

Thank you.

Kevin

Have you saved a Login item for your Google account sign-in form?

If so, how was that Login item created?

Have you installed the 1Password extension in Chrome?

If so, what version of the extension is installed?

What happens when you press Ctrl+\ or click on the 1Password icon in the Chrome tool bar?

I am not sure what you mean by saving login item. I have installed 1Password extension for Chrome. Chrome reports I am using 4.2.5.90. Nothing happens when I press Ctrl+.

Please follow the instructions in the Saving a Login article in the "Quick Start" section of the 1Password 4 for Windows user's guide.

Then, please let us know whether the saved Login item works at the Google sign-in page.

@rkb Please try this workaround. Thanks!
