Chrome extension not working

I have been a 1Pass user for a while. Got a new computer today running Win8, and am in the process of installing stuff. Got Dropbox, got 1Pass, got my Vault open, got the Chrome extension installed ... but clicking on the extension does nothing. No menu, no dropdown, nada. What am I doing wrong?

Help > Advanced > Verify web browser code signature --> OFF
