Best way to upgrade?

I purchased 1Password from the App store for my iphone and Mac separately. Recently I need to add a Windows system to my gaggle of devices. It seems like Agile bits doesn't know about my existing licenses and I want to leverage the best price for different platforms. Is there a way to "convert" my App store purchases to AgileBits so I don't end up way over spending ?

Any recommendations are appreciated.

If you send your MAS receipt for the purchase of 1Password for Mac to support+licenses @ agilebits.com and let them know you'd like to buy a Windows license, they will arrange for you to get the bundle pricing for Wondows.

Hi @nepife‌ hawkmoth is correct (not sure I've known him to ever be wrong ). Apple don't share any information of 1Password purchases made in either of their stores so until you contact us we simply don't know you're a user. If you send a copy of your MAS receipt we can offer you a discount to match our bundle price

The original purchase invoices are gone. Sounds like there is no "license" for the App Store. Sounds like my best option is to just buy a Windows license from y'all and source 1Password from the App Store and AgileBits separately. Bummer says /me

@nepife - You can retrieve a receipt for your Mac App Store purchase by inspecting your account records on the Mac App Store. That should prove you have a license. Or open the App Store application on your Mac, click on the Purchases tab and make a screen shot. Maybe AgileBits would accept that to give you the discounted bundle price for Windows. I don't know that this will work, but I am sure they are willing to work with you to get you the best pricing available in your circumstance.

@nepife Glad that @hawkmoth was able to help out with the Mac App Store receipt retrieval. Please send it to us via the aforementioned email address and we will set you up with the discount.
