Sharing passwords

  1. When I go to share passwords via email and then click on the link, the link will not allow you to click on it.
  2. Is there any way to share from your primary vault to a secondary vault and if a change is made to the password through the secondary vault, will the password also change in the primary?

    1. As I recall, Gmail and most other web-mail UIs disable or ignore the onepassword:// protocol link. Do you have access to another mail program? If not, but the vaults are accessible on the same machine, "copy-and-paste" with 1Password should work for you.

    2. There isn't. The "share" is essentially "copy-and-send"—you end up with independent copies in the separate vaults. (Though it's not directly related to your question, remember that 1Password for Windows doesn't include the concept of primary and secondary vaults. Each vault stands alone and must be unlocked with its own master password, and you can have only one vault open at a time.)
