Fire fox ext won't work

I upgraded to ver 4 on my PC. I removed the old 1Password ext from Fire Fox and installed the new one (I tried this twice) but it doesn't work. When I click on the ext icon, nothing happens. I tried the Explorer ext and it works fine.

@Tallbear, whenever there's a problem with the 1Password browser extension, the Troubleshooting > The browser extensions article in the 1Password 4 for Windows knowledgebase is the best place to find ideas on what might be the problem and how to fix it.
