Chrome extension has stopped working after Windows Update

My 1Password extension icon in Chrome (40.0.2214.93) doesn't work all of a sudden. Nothing happens when I click on it.

I'm using Windows 8.1 and I fully updated it last night. I'm guessing that has done something?

I've tried disabling/re-enabling the extension and restarting the 1Password Helper.

Have you tried any of the other tips in the Troubleshooting > The browser extensions article in the 1Password 4 for Windows knowledgebase?

I hadn't, but I've had a read and unchecked 'verify web browser code signature' and that's done the trick.

Not quite sure what that does and why it has made a difference all of a sudden, but at least it's working. Thanks!
