Unable to access One Password when I put in my password

It says that the encryption keys file does not exist at file:/localhost/Users/Kathy/Dropbow/1Password.agilekeychain/data/default/1password.keys Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing 1Password. Please try going to Help > Troubleshooting > Rebuild Data File.
