1Password no showing Wallet or Identities

I've been using 1P for Mac for years. I sync between my Macs & iOS devices via Dropbox. I recently bought the Mac + Windows Family version and installed ver 4.1.0.538 on my 64 bit Win 7 Ultimate machine without error. When I open the app in Windows it only has 51 of my 387 logins, 0 of 3 credit cards in my wallet and 0 of 2 identities. Everything works perfectly on both my Macs (OS X 10.10.2), iPhone 6 Plus & iPad Air (iOS 8.1.3). I have tried manually copying my 1Password.agilekeychain vault to the Windows machine and completely reinstalling 1Password, but nothing works. Is the Windows version incompatible with Mac & iOS vaults?

No. Here is something you might want to try:

1. Disable Drobox syncing in 1Password for Mac
2. Accept the offer to delete your data from Dropbox
3. Re-enable Dropbox syncing 1Password for Mac
4. Allow Dropbox to sync the new data to your PC
5. Open the new 1Password.agilekeychain folder in 1Password for Windows

(You might also need to reset Dropbox syncing on your iPhone, after this action)
