Hi all,
I uses 1Password on Mac, IOS and Windows sync with Dropbox.
Yesterday I found out that my Mac Version was not synchronised with the IOS version. The settings was not anymore set on 1Password Mac (may be after an update). The system asked me to merge and everything was ok on IOS and Mac. Back to my office this morning, my PC sync the dropbox and then all fields are now blank except the site list that is still present.
Thanks for your help.

  • Hello Stephane,

    Thanks for writing in.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having a less than stellar experience with our products.

Once you reenabled Dropbox sync on your Mac, did synchronisation on your iOS device(s) simply start working again, or did you have to make changes to that as well?

I'd also like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports to support@agilebits.com, one from each of your devices so we can take a closer look at your setup.

Can you please also add a link to this discussion to the email and mention my name AlexH in the subject lines?
This should help connect it to this forum post and will allow us to help you more quickly.

    Cheers!

    Hello ALex,
I hadn't made any others changes.

After reading the forum, I've decided to make some change in my Dropbox folders tree. So far, the 1Password.agilekeychain folder was located at the Dropbox root, so I've :
1- Stopped Dropbox sync on my IOS devices (iPad, iPhone)
2- Quit 1password on my MAC and PC
3- Created a folder 1Password in my Dropbox
4- Moved the 1Password.agilekeychain folder from Dropbox root to the new 1Password folder
5- Wait for Dropbox to synchronize the change on all my devices
6- Open 1Password.agilekeychain from the new location on my Mac and on my PC.
7- Configured the Dropbox sync has usual following the instruction in 1Password help.
Now, everything is working properly. Thanks for your quick answer.
1Password is a great tool and one of the most usefull I've bought.

    Regards,
    Stephane
