sensitive data left in RAM in the clear

Hi folks.

I'm running 1password on a Windows 7 virtual machine.

I'm finding that (in particular after using the plug-in for firefox), some sensitive information is left around in RAM in the clear, like strings of:
"value":"secret","designation":"password"
and:
"value":"user","designation":"username"

Is there a way of limiting the exposure of this information staying around in RAM?

Thanks!

    @gyre When 1Password is unlocked, then it makes sense this data might be in memory. However, when 1Password is locked, then we should zero this from your computer memory. Thanks!

    @svondutch thanks for replying so promptly. Yup, zero'd out when 1password is locked would be excellent. Thanks. :)

    @gyre, I believe @svondutch is saying that "zero'd out when 1password is locked" is what's already happening.

    Please let us know if you believe that's not the case.

    Thanks!
