sensitive data left in RAM in the clear

Hi folks.
I'm running 1password on a Windows 7 virtual machine.
I'm finding that (in particular after using the plug-in for firefox), some sensitive information is left around in RAM in the clear, like strings of:"value":"secret","designation":"password"
and:"value":"user","designation":"username"
Is there a way of limiting the exposure of this information staying around in RAM?
Thanks!

@svondutch thanks for replying so promptly. Yup, zero'd out when 1password is locked would be excellent. Thanks. :)

@gyre, I believe @svondutch is saying that "zero'd out when 1password is locked" is what's already happening.
Please let us know if you believe that's not the case.
Thanks!
