I purchased App. Why are you asking me to buy license again? Please help.

    Give more details. Where did you purchase from, AgileBits web site or the Mac App Store? When did you buy?

    Most likely is that you bought version 5 (or 4), which requires a license file. You should have had an email containing that file, and it still has to be applied. In some situations that file gets removed from the email, but there are other ways of getting it.

    Hi @cayarga

    I did try and locate a record for you based on your forum registered email address but couldn't find one. It doesn't mean much as you could have purchased using a different email address.

    hawkmoth's link will help with understanding possible reasons and danco's question regarding where you purchased the Mac version from is important too. Once we have a better idea we can assist.
