Discount for windows license?

I bought 1password for Mac through Mac App Store but realized that I also needed the windows version for my work. Since I wanted to take part of the discount, I googled the problem (could'nt find any email adress on their site!!!!) and sent an email explaining my problem to support@agilebits.com with a copy of the receipt from MAS. This was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything from them yet. Is this normal? I would really start using it on my windows machine as well.

    We normally recommend sending such a message to support+licenses@agilebits.com, so that it doesn't join the hundreds of "regular" support requests that are received every day.
