Getting 1password to work on multiple devices

I put 1password in dropbox but couldn't get it to work on my android phone or my other pc with windows7. I only have it on one computer, but would like it on my phone and other computer. I can't figure out how to access it on the other devices.

In order to use 1Password on a computer or mobile device, it must be installed on that computer or mobile device. (Once set up properly, Dropbox takes care of syncing your 1Password data among those devices, but it can't run a program that doesn't exist.)

Have you installed the program on your other PC? Have you installed the app on your Android phone?
