I purchased 1password for mac in the app store. I sent my receipt from apple to your support team. How long before they respond with a coupon so I can get a PC license at the combo price?

What address did you send to? If it wasn't support+licenses@agilebits.com then resend to that address. Apparently the general support queue is rather overworked at the moment.
