1Pass 3.8.22/Mac OS X 10.7.5
1Pass 5.1/Mac OS X 10.10.2
1Pass 5.2/iOS 8

I recorded some information on my Mac (10.7.5) and it propagated to some of my iOS devices. Mysteriously, the old information (from the devices that hadn't gotten synced) seemed to repropagate itself to those devices. I'm trying to figure out how this happened because I was locked out of my financial account today because the password was incorrect. How can I trouble shoot this?

    Hi @Corbin W Allistair ,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble here! Thanks so much for including your version numbers in the original post - that gives us a great place to start. Let's see if we can track down where things are getting tangled up:

    • What are you using to keep your devices all synced up?
    • Can you check to confirm that the date and time is identical on all computers and devices?

Argh. I ignored this problem for too long. I don't remember what password data is out of sync. You can mark this closed. If it happens again, I'll remember to come back.
