Remove 2nd vault

I mistakenly created a vault in my Documents directory, so I created a second in the Dropbox folder which is the keeper. Now I can't get rid of the first one. I right clicked on Windows explorer and ran as administrator (Windows 7) and tried to delete the folder in my Documents/1P~ folder and got permission errors that could not be overcome. Is there no option in the new (?) Windows 4 package to delete a vault?

@wandathomas Deleting your vault from Windows Explorer should work. You might want to reboot your PC, and try again. Thanks!
