Kaspersky broke the 1Password extension

hi, i have reinstall windows 8.1, last version chrome and firefox.
When I click on the extension icon does not work.
not appear logins stored

I reinstalled 1password and extension but the problem continues

on another mac and another pc is ok

i solved . i delete kaspersky antivirus.
