License question, family use, Windows computers and Iphones etc.

Sorry to ask this question, but I want to be absolutely sure before I start with this product.

My question:
I would like to use The Windows 1Password for multiple Windows computers within my household. Used by me and my family. We have our own Windows acounts on machines.

Also I would like to use it on Iphones/iPads on mutiple devices(same Apple ID)

Can I create 2 seperate Vaults for me and my Girlfriend, with two different passwords, we use different Dropboxes.
I don't need to have access to her 1Password vault and visa versa, but if we were able to share a vault that would be ideal.

Also will I be able to use the same vault on iPhones etc?

Can I install the Windows version on more than 1 machine with the same license? how does that look like?

Couldn't find my question.
