Dropbox syncing to iOS devices not working since upgrade to 1Password 4

I am so confused. I have had 1 password for years. I am upgrading to 1Password4 today for Windows. But I have an iPad and Iphone5 too that I have downloaded 1Password too. They don't sync - or at least I don't understand how they should sync. I use dropbox so they should sync. That is why I am upgrading to 1Password4. Would someone explain what I need so that I can use it on my computer and on my phone?
