QHD Display

I am running 1Password on a Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro with a QHD display. The 1password text and graphics are all blurry. I am attaching a screen grab to show the problem. The PDF text is perfectly clear (like most apps) but the 1password app is blurry. It is such a good application, it is a shame that it looks so ugly on a hi-res moniitor.

1) Is Agilebits aware of this?
2) Is there any plan to address this?
3) Does anyone know of a work around?

@pspreier I'm afraid 1Password isn't high-API-aware. However, here is a workaround you might want to try:
