I have the same issue in Safari, so apparently it's not browser-specific

Hi @bazza1,
Lets try resetting a special file that is basically a table of contents to determine which data to display. It sounds like this may not be updating properly.
- Quit 1Password and 1Password Mini on your computer by pressing Command-Control-Q.
- Visit https://www.dropbox.com and sign in.
- Go into 1Password > 1Password.agilekeychain > Data > Default
- Remove the contents.js file. You may need to scroll down considerably.
- Launch 1Password on your computer
- Edit an item and make a small change, or create a new temporary item and save it.
This should regenerate the contents.js file. You can confirm that it appears again on the Dropbox website.
Please let us know how it turns out.
Ben

Hi Ben,
I'm having the same issue, followed your steps, confirmed the regeneration. However, the HTML file still opens blank.
Thanks for your help.0 -
UPDATE:
I can confirm its a problem with 1password, as I have a second vault, and that vault still works fine in my browser (chrome). I haven't updated that Vault in a long time, however. Any Ideas?

Hi @baronalloway,
I'm sorry you're having trouble with 1PasswordAnywhere! To help us figure out what's going on, we'll need to know a few more details:
- What devices/computers are you syncing with 1Password?
- What version of 1Password are you using on each device/computer?
- Are you opening a local copy of the 1Password.html file, or are you opening it from the Dropbox.com website?
- Is Dropbox sync still set up in the sync settings of the 1Password app on all devices/computers?
- Are you having any trouble syncing your 1Password data between each device/computer?
- What computer(s) are you trying to use 1PasswordAnywhere on?
- What version of Chrome are you using?
- Have you tried 1PasswordAnywhere in other web browsers? If so, do you have the same problem?
- Just to make sure I understand, it sounds like you have 2 vaults in 1Password, both vaults sync with Dropbox, and the second vault works in 1PasswordAnywhere, but the Primary vault doesn't?
Thanks in advance!

Here you Go! @Drew_AG
- I am using a 2013 Retina MBP with Yosemite. I also use an iPhone 6 running iOS 8.3.
- On my Mac, I am using 1Password Version 5.3 (530029) from the Mac App Store (full version)
- On my iPhone, I am running 5.4.1 (pro or upgraded...basically I bought the app before you went freemium).
- I am opening the 1Password file from dropbox in my web browser, I have attempted in both Safari and Chrome (latest versions). I also attempted from a PC in Chrome.
- Dropbox sync is setup on both devices, it is syncing to the same vault. There is no problem in data sync.
- I used to maintain a second vault that I no longer use. It hasn't been used in quite a while, but I left the vault in my dropbox. I am still able to open the HTML file and access that vault using my old password. Currently, the old vault is not hooked up to any of my devices.
Let me know if you need any more information.

Hi @baronalloway,
Thanks for the info! Since regenerating the contents.js file didn't solve the problem, let's try resetting the entire .agilekeychain (for your Primary vault) in Dropbox:
On your iPhone:
- Open 1Password and go to Settings > Sync > Sync Service.
- Tap Disable Sync and confirm you want to disable it.
On your Mac:
- Open 1Password and go to 1Password > Preferences.
- Click the Sync tab, then choose your Primary vault on the left side of the Sync options.
- Change the sync from Dropbox to None.
Check the box to Delete data from Dropbox, then click Disable Sync.
Restart the Mac and iPhone.
On your Mac, go back to 1Password > Preferences > Sync.
- Choose Dropbox from the “Sync vault with” pop-up menu.
- Click the Choose button, then select your main Dropbox folder (then click Open).
- Click Create New to create a new 1Password.agilekeychain in Dropbox/1Password.
- Allow Dropbox to fully sync.
On your iPhone:
- Open 1Password and go to Settings > Sync > Start Syncing.
- Choose Sync with Dropbox.
- When you see your Dropbox account name, tap on the name (do not tap on the 'i' icon).
- When asked to choose a vault, choose 1Password/1Password.agilekeychain.
- If you see a Vault Mismatch message, tap More Info and then tap Merge These Vaults Anyway.
- Allow Dropbox to complete the sync.
Finally, once you've done all that, try 1PasswordAnywhere again and see if it works. Let us know how it all goes, and if you have questions about any of that. Thanks!
