5.1 update times out
Has anybody else had this issue? I've been trying to update for several weeks now. Every time I do, the download request times out.
I'm not having issues installing downloads for anything else.

I'm sorry you're having trouble installing the update! Are you using the web store version of 1Password 5, or the Mac App Store version? If you're using the web store version and the in-app updater isn't working, you can download the updated version from our download site. Once you download it, move it to the Applications folder and replace the older version there.

Hi @Drew_AG Thank you for a solution to this. However, I have to say.... I had to do this same solution when I upgraded to 5.0.2 as well. Will this install bug ever be fixed?

Do you happen to be located in the UK? If so, this is most likely due to a problem our developers have been looking into, which they believe is a Yosemite DNS bug specific to UK CDN servers. In that case, it is something Apple would need to address in Mac OS. For those affected by this problem, the update may work after trying a few times (or as you already know, you can download the update directly from our download site).

Hopefully this will get worked out one way or another in the near future. I'm sorry you've had trouble with that multiple times now!
