I need my hand held while set this thing up! Is there any way to get some personal attention? I am not tech saavy and I don't know how to do this. I am thinking I will never be able to do it alone.

Firstly, you don't have to pay up front. You can just download it and try it out for free while you get your head around it.

Second, start off with the User Guide: https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-windows/
The quick start section takes you through all the basics. Have a go and then if you have any questions or hit any snags then come back here and ask. We'll do our best to help you.
