Not updating

I just added a new login via add-on 1password "key" on my menu bar on Firefox. But when I open up my 1password itself on the computer, it is not there and it isn't on my iPhone5 either. Why isn't it?

Is the 1Password helper running?

You can check the Task Manager for Agile1pAgent.exe, or you can just choose Help > Restart 1Password Helper in the main 1Password program.

Please let us know what you find, and especially whether restarting the helper solves the problem.
