compatibility between windows and mac/ios versions of 1P?

Hi,
I currently use 1P for both my mac and my ios units, i use dropbox for sync.

My question: Would it work for me to use 1P on Windows and sync to the same dropbox?
I noticed version for windows is 4 and i have 5.2 on my iphone (complicates things?)
