There is no possibility to rename the section on the card

is not possible to rename the section - just create a new one. This is inconvenient, if section has field - they have to manually move a section with a new name.

That list of requested features pertains only to 1Password for Windows.

That specific requested feature ("ability to rename custom sections, for compatibility with 1Password for Mac") means that 1Password for Windows should allow you to rename custom sections, which you can do in 1Password for Mac.
