no auto-fill, no icon in Windows

I bought both a Mac and Windows license for 1Password. I have an iMac and a Windows 7 laptop and I registered on both devices. I also installed on my iPad mini and my iPhone 6. I am syncing with Dropbox and can see the updated vault on all devices. On my iMac I have an icon next to the address bar in my browser (Chrome) and passwords autofill when visit a login page. I do not get autofill on any device except the iMac. I do not have the icon in my browser on the Windows laptop. What step am I missing?

Please spend a few minutes to read at least those few short topics, so you can start using 1Password successfully.
