Did not get confirmation email or license key after purchase on Agilebits Website. Please advise.

    @scottj, I'm sorry you had a problem with the purchase process.

    I don't see any record of a purchase in our data; can you confirm that a charge was made?

    If it was, please contact us immediately at support+licenses@agilebits.com to let us know what happened (and include a link to this forum thread).

    If no charge was made, please try again, and let us know how it goes.
