Why is it that there were so many daily updates for the last few days?

not sure what you're talking about @UnkerWill. The last update was more than two weeks ago.
https://app-updates.agilebits.com/product_history/OPW4Unless you're running the beta version of course, but then (1) you really should be posting the Windows Beta forum and (2) you shouldn't be surprised by regular updates. This is part of being a beta tester. Even then, the updates aren't daily. There was one yesterday and the last one before that was a week earlier.

It's true—that's the nature of a beta program. Builds are released as new features are developed. Getting real users to work with new features, exercise them in ways we might not think of, provides us invaluable feedback before those features are added to a stable release.
