I would appreciate the option to create own templates for own categories with own sections an data-fields.
Reason: different data and contents in different countries, different personal workflows.

@macgordon, the ability to create custom item types (a.k.a. templates) is on the list of requested features.

Please note that you can create a "blank" item of any type, save it in a folder in 1Password (named Templates, perhaps), and duplicate it every time you need to create an item of that type.
