I am trying to purchase 1Password4 for Windows and every time I try, I put in all my information, click on the Submit Order button and nothing happens. I have tried this on 2 different machines with 2 different browsers. What gives?

    I'm not sure, @jbright1953, and I'm sorry you had that problem.

    Were you using Internet Explorer, by any chance? If so, have you tried in a different browser? (Please let us know.)

    I was using IE10 and IE11. I have since tried using PayPal instead of a credit card and that worked. I use both of these machines daily and have no issues ordering anything else.
