Help -new licence key hasn't been sent
I just upgraded from 1Password 3 to 1Password 5 but my licence key is nowhere to be found... I am told that it's been sent to my email, however I've only been emailed my old 1Password 3 licence key - what's up with that?
After I upgraded, I got this message: Register: With 1Password downloaded, click here to automatically add your license
But the link is not clickable.
So where do I get the new licence key from?
I like 1Password, but I hate the support from Agilebits, it sucks

You should see another clickable link at the bottom of the email—something like "view complete installation instructions" (sorry, can't recall exact wording). Do you and, if so, can you get licensed by clicking that?
(If by any chance you use gmail it has a nasty habit of stripping out the licence code you need.)

The download link that I sent you in the private message is for a license file, not a license key. The page where you download the file should include instructions on how to apply this license file in 1Password 5.
Where are you attempting to enter this license?
